Is it ok for people with rosacea to use pro retinal creams?

I would actually advise against it. Retinols are lesser-powerful forms of retinoids (all forms of Vitamin A), which are generally advised against by dermatologists for patients with rosacea (because they can be very irritating, especially for those with rosacea).

You need to be very selective with your skincare, using only those products which are suitable for sensitive skin. You may want to try something like Olay Total Effects Vitamin Complex, Fragrance Free. It is high in niacinamide, a form of Vitamin B, which has been clinically studied to be very helpful in rosacea, and Olay Total Effects contains this ingredient. I would recommend using this instead of something with a retinol.
