Metro Gel vs. Another Rosacea Cream?

Has anyone tried metro gel and/or another cream thats good for rosacea...what would you sugjest? I have problem with rosacea and blackheads?|||typically local products are the first way to go, you can ask your doctor of local steroids too, otherwise oral antibiotics or steroids would be the next step, good luck
